Basically a one year subscription free after rebate, then after you get all your info entered you have to pay eighty bucks a year or more to continue. Plus there is this information on the product page:

24 hour response time when you are using it for a business is unacceptable. Phone support if available will cost you extra, even if it is due to bugs in their system, I know from experience.

Mike, any business that really needs prompt suppport will pay for this software.
I am sure that this will be a good buy for certain people, maybe not for you.

#1 has a good point though, do you really want to enter info for a year then be locked out unless you pay for a license, knowing they've already set it up so you won't be able to import this to a newer version with the same type of deal offer?
