Looking for a new watch, never owned an invicta, heard decent things about them, any of you have first hand experience with these watches?
This will be good for telling time and having it ripped off my arm walking down the street.

I agree with #3. I have about a half a dozen and they all have worked well. Good bang for the buck.
These are pretty much obsolete these days since you can see the time in just about every direction you look.
I have several for collecting trading and selling. Good watches. The chronos on these typically are not stopwatch features as on more expensive watches. For the money, you will be hard pressed to find a less expensive Swiss movement watch than this brand. Caution: they are big watch dials, usually around 44mm. They will fit a giant's wrist easily too, like around 8 1/2 inch.
I agree #6, who needs watches if you can just look at your cell phone?
If you need it as a status symbol, then get a good brand that might actually impress someone.
It's a step above Fossil according to some people. For that price, it can't be beat. For some people, watches are like jewelry. I don't wear a watch either. It's not my style.
