    These will not work if you are near a large city,since you will not have any spare frequencies.

    What is the USB port for that is shown in the pic? The lighter adapter and the headphone port I understand.

    It works for multiple devices. Ipod would use the headphone port.

    Funny I see no knobs or dials to change the station, so maybe there's a device on the cord they don't show?

    Never had one of these transmitters work. Sound would be full of static, or fades in/out, with FM radio crossover. As one reviewer said...will not work in large cities.
