#6, I haven't used zune, but, if the general principles are valid for an MS product, then you should get a software (with it, when you buy it) to automatically convert the movies you want to add to the player to a format(the formats) zune uses, mainly changing the way it was played on your player and reducing the size to fit the screen of your zune. If they don't have a software for that, you can find one that would do it for you. After you convert the movies, all you may need to do is to put them in a folder that your player can see.

#6 - best way to upload movies is to use a DVD ripper, like Xillisoft DVD ripper (http://www.xilisoft.com/dvd-ripper.html). But before you can rip a DVD, you have to decrypt it with software, like AnyDVD (http://www.slysoft.com/en/anydvd.html). After you purchase decrypting and ripping software, install it on your PC and follow the on-screen directions to create a movie file from your DVD. This file can then be uploaded to your Zune. May seem daunting, but just do a little bit of research and reading...you'll eventually get there.

Are these the thinner ones? Ehh, i'd just get the Touch. gotta link up to update with new episodes anyway. might as well swap files during that time. you don't need the 80gb.

but only if they had Bluetooth...

Techsupport, I am glad you are no offended, but again dear, if you are so intelligent, why can you help old lady with my original question? I am sure that such and intelligent gentleman can help an old lady figure how to download movies to a zune, or maybe you are brighter than that and use one of those.... what do you call it??? oh yeah and a-hole, or my wrong, and I-poop, or something like that. By the way dear, what is a VCR? Should I get one of those to record movies to the Zune?
