I bought my wife a 30gig ipod refurb xmas 06 for 150 and it is still going strong no problems. Ipod refurbs come with a 1 year warranty, at least the one I got my wife did.

Whoop. Nevermind. This iPod has a 60 day warranty, unless you want to shell out another 30 bucks for Overstock's 2-year "service plan," whatever that entails.
