Uuuhm! A refurbised floor washing robot. Now why doesn't that fill me with confidence?
I got a refurbed roomba that failed miserably. We had to pay to send it in... but they fixed it free and sent us back some filters to help compensate for the shipping payment (you need to ask them for that though). Also... make sure you take the battery out before you send it in. They will not send any "accessories" back. Who knew that a battery is an accessory? However, since she was fixed and after we payed 50 bucks for a new battery, she works wonderfully now.
