Ack! I paid way more than this from woot less than a year ago! Which, at the time, was a VERY good price... even a friend at iRobot couldn't get one cheaper using his discount...
on 8/7/2006, you successfully wooted. order <removed> You want 1
iRobot Scooba Floor Washing Robot which each cost $229.99 for a subtotal of $229.99 plus shipping + $5.00 for a total of $234.99
It works "well enough". I have hardwood floors (and tile in a bathroom) -- even some that are laminate/pergo and not real hardwood -- and it does the job. The first time I had to run it a few times before the floors got to an acceptably clean stage. But since then it does maintain them pretty well. I run it every week or two or three depending on a lot of things. Also, I did have to clear the tank valve at least once, but that is a common issue and is well documented (google around for it). A straw or a turkey baster will easily fix it and you'll be good for at least another few months. Of course, I would have much rather paid $160 instead of the $235... I also have a Roomba Discovery SE that is a great complement to it. Run the Roomba first for vacuuming (on area rugs as well as hardwood floors) and then run Scooba to do the mopping. One day I'll come home and find baby robots running around. As long as they're cleaning it's ok by me...!
Now and then woot.com have this for about $120. Just have to wait. And it come up very frequent during woot off.

It's 5999, which is refurbished one.
Price aside, does it work well?

I haven't used the Scooba but the Roomba works well. Just make sure that your carpet is short.
