If you have a Menards in your area, they practically give these away from time to time. I got a 4 pack for $4 after rebate just a few months ago.
Sadly, these are now Made in China and kinda junky. I have a some old Made in the USA Irwins that clamp down and hold like a vise; these Chinese units will slip if you really bare down on them...really sucks when you're gluing something up and the clamps keep slipping!

These are indispensable. Everyone should have a set of these. Its like having an extra pair of hands. And I disagree with #2, this is a very good price for four clamps. These are much better quality than any you can get at harborfrieght and a better price. This is a great gift for your dad, etc.

The Amazon-linked kit is different.
I would guess that this is one marketed specifically for Lowes.
If you view the image on the Lowes site, it says it's "Light Duty"
Don't get me wrong, $20 isn't a bad price, but these aren't top of the line clamps either
^ The ones on Amazon are also light duty, the main differences are the Amazon set has a pair of 2" clips instead of a pair of micro-clamps, and more importantly the Amazon set has reversible jaws so they can act as spreaders in addition to clamps.

I have a set of this, it's aren't heavy duty but good enough for home use.
