This used to be called the bullworker like 20 years ago. Trying to make a come back. Would NEVER buy it. Once my Dad was using it, his hands got sweaty from working out and one side slipped out, the thing shot out like a rocket (spring action) and went right through a wall. Could have seriously hurt someone.

Is this the shake-weight I saw advertised on South Park?

I got an old one in the basement. I guess it's okay for resistance training but it's just not comfortable. The only home exercise equipment I use are some dumbbells and I occasionally unfold the treadmill in front of the TV on rainy days. I still find that it's better to just go the gym to get in a good workout. Somehow the psychology of going somewhere to work out makes me more serious about getting it done.

Yes, Mushman, it was called the Bullworker and was better made. I used one for years and never had a problem. 68 year old me bought one locally last year at this price and it works well for me.
