$50 price drop. Vanns has the Jamo S-606-HCS-3 5-Pc Home Theater Speaker System for $350 with free shipping. Includes one S 60 Center Speaker, two S 602 Surround Speakers, and two S 606 Floorstanding Speakers.
The speaker deals from Vanns always make me think of this: http://scamshield.com/ (PM edit) this site warns of the speakers-sold-from-a-white-van scam. I wasn't posting a concern about the company; only making light of the slight pun.
Don't know about these particular speakers, but vanns is a very reputable online vendor. I've bought speakers from them on several occasions and have always been very happy with the product and the service. Would not hesitate to order from them again.
I just recently bought a pair of Energy CF-30's from Vanns at a very low price I had no problems. The shipping was very good, there was tons of padding around the manuf. packaging, and they arrived a 3-4 days after my order. I can't speak for #2, but I'm very pleased w/ my limited experience w/ Vanns.
Can't really blame them for claiming high MSRP's, but every site does that now, amazon.com, buy.com, etc. That's what google.com/products is for. Do some research before buying like anything and you are fine.
Jamo is a pretty big European brand known for quality speakers. They are by no means ultra high end, but I would put them on par with Klipsh, JBL, certain Polk lines along with Mirage, Energy, etc. I've never heard this specific set, so take what I say w/ a grain of salt.
Klipsch has owned Jamo since '05, well they also own Mirage, Energy and several others as well :p I had this set for nearly 2 years but it was unfortunately relegated to my son's room when I scored a Martin Logan setup at an unreal price. For their price, the Jamo setup is pretty decent. I still use a Jamo D6 15" monster sub for LFE paired with a Martin Logan Depth I(triple 8" ) doing the punch in the living room. These are definitely hard to beat at this price.
I just told Bill about this and we consider the deal...
It will come back with $300 one day

#3 is right. I never heard of the brand Jamo!
