They put more attention into styling and presentation in their packaging than ergonomics. Although the electronics work well, the earbuds don't fit and because the cover plate acts as a switch, it is very easy to hang up when adjusting or pushing it into your ear to hear better. Very little pressure on the faceplate is needed to activate it so it is very easy to turn the JB on and drain the battery while in your backpack or pocket.
