Interesting reviews... seems "OEM" in this case means used and (poorly) refurbished.
This has been an alarming trend at Newegg as of late. I received two "OEM" Motorola bluetooth headphones and it was obvious that they had been previously used. Read the reviews before you buy anything OEM from there.
