When you consider an Apple Dock costs around $40, this becomes almost a no-brainer.

I kinda prefer the portability of the JBL On Tour speaker set - plus you can use it as auxiliary speakers for a laptop - but for this price, kinda hard to go wrong.

This is one of the nicest iPod speaker/docks that I purchased. The sound quality (especially Bass ) will amaze you..I think it might have something to do with the donut design. It is better than larger competitors. Perfect for your headboard or nightstand. You can also use the built in iPod alarm function with these speakers
Good price for a nice product. I'm in for my 2nd one.
