Does this one use DirectX 9 or 10?
It required DX10 at launch. Not sure if they patched that out or if there's a mod for it.
That said, Steam has Just Cause 2 on sale for about $5 every holiday sale, so if you don't mind digital distribution you'd do well to wait.
