I have the MS130 version (same thing just with build in memory). I debated over getting this one or the MS130. I like the idea of being able to put two SDHC cards in it. so just fill one and then keep going on the second one and download the first one. In the end for ease of use for my wife I got the MS130 so built in memory in one slot and a SDHC slot for the second one to expand in the future. The LCD is very ease to see in all light levels.

I have a JVC Everio that is a refurb and it works great but I did pay less than this for mine. Mine only has 1 memory slot but that's fine for my uses. I have seen some HD camcorders for less.

Not a great deal. amazon has this camera new (not refurbed) for $240. Guess it depends on how much you trust the quality of refurbs from Geeks.
