This looks like a decent deal.
I'm looking for a 1080p from 30-40 inches for the bedroom. Don't want 3D, rarely use the LG 3D in my living room. I really want to avoid the no name brand. I went to bestbuy at 11 but the line curved around the building two times, so I gave up on the 40 inch Toshiba for $180.
From my research JVC name was bought for use in the US by Tiawanese company AMTran. The same company that makes TV for Vizio. AMTran is also part owner of the LG panel plants, so I'm hoping this TV uses the same panels as the LG TVs.
Guess I'm in for one, wish me luck.
