you shoulda got a ginsu
I've got one of these, it is easy to sharpen, and when it's sharp, it cuts very well. Especially bread.
Dulls quickly but combine with a santoku knife sharpener and you'll have a wicked sharp knife.
I bought mine over a year ago though only use it to cut vegetables and it has remained as sharp as the day I got it.
