it works great, ive owned mine for several months, however, 2 things. It only makes ONE size coffee 8oz, i sometimes want larger servings if this is like you wait for a special on one of the models that has different serving sizes. Also, if you have a brown out/power surge this unit will turn on but do nothing more, my wife figured out ya have to hold down the start button for about 30 seconds to reset the brewer.....not mentioned in manual...
