This one seems to be another example of a new online deal pricing game some retailers like Amazon are playing hoping you pay a higher price. Ben seems oblivious to this tactic and doesn't seem to mind being the chump posting these one minute deals. These types of phony deals should be deleted or at least updated after the price shoots up. The retailers are getting traffic routed to their sites that was there goal in the first place and pulling the rug out on the teaser price once the deals sites bit and faithfully posts the ad on their web sites... All at the detriment of the deal site's reputation. This site maybe needs to be renamed "Ben's, The Chump, Bargains" because he is being used like a chump, big time...
^ Uhh, it's the same situation when any site posts to Amazon deals, and Amazon seems to have some sort of popularity based pricing engine where if a product gets enough hits the price changes, plus recently it seems like things going on sale on Amazon have stayed on sale for a much shorter period than in years past.
In other words, the early bird gets the worm.
Yep, and therefore, there will the move away from deal web sites with the inherent delay of posting deal information to real time deal watch programs to stay on top of these quick sale price deals using programs like:
