    is celebrating 9 years in a row of being voted best customer satisfaction - i can tell you that personally they are amazing. ive had prime since it began but this year is the first time i experienced 3 late deliveries and 1 DOA product - all of which amazon gave me $5 gc and replaced (with 1 day ship) DOA product.

    that said, id get a kindle when the battery life is better on the HDX's
