Terrific experience with the 64GB version of this drive. Win7 Pro booted at 37 seconds, compared to 1 min 43 secs with a WD Scorpio Blue-label 250GB drive. This was after only a simple "clone", not a Win7 re-install. There are faster drives, but these are among the cheapest and a great performance/value ratio.
Look closely for similar deals that feature this drive in an "Upgrade Kit", which offers an external enclosure and bootable DVD with Acronis for a seamless, 20-minute install and clone.

$55 rebate...yikes. I got a faster Intel 128 GB SSD for $200 with $35 MIR, so $165 once I get the rebate. I would hold off for a better deal unless you want one now. This isn't a bad deal, just nothing to rush into.
