    not great xfer rates, but the info on the controller looks promising.. I still wouldn't stick and OS on this disk, but for a game only drive these are awesome.. with that .1ms random access time.. scene/area loading on MMOs and such will be speedy.

    #4 I tried an ssd drive as a game/program drive, there was no difference between it and a four year old pata drive I had, if you win xp 32 bit with an enhanced write filter on it you will never buy raptors again, if you put vista 64 bit on it and try to use it as a regular hard drive it will quickly become a paper weight
