May be the biggest carrot move by Newegg I've ever seen.

1st they don't list it at the discounted price at the time the sale goes live. I keep trying it for a few minutes - nothing. It kept showing up as $99. So I figure it's a listing error. Maybe it was supposed to be $99 all along. Then, by chance I refresh BBs and see it listed. I hurry back to the Newegg page and sure enough, it has the correct price now. I go ahead and check out, submit my order. Figured everything's fine. A few minutes later I get an email from Newegg saying "Unfortunately, while the item(s) you ordered may have been shown as being in stock at the time you placed your order, the item was so popular, that when it came time for your order to be charged, the item(s) were no longer available in inventory.".

And I got up in the middle of the night for this bs.

I had the same experience as #4 but I was greedy and was able to order two of them for the sale price. Probably someone ordered all they had in stock so nobody got the deal. At least I got two of them.

I ordered at 12:08am, deal started at 12:01am. But these pricks didn't update all of the prices until around 12:10-12:12am so I ordered at the $99.99 price hoping I could get the price updated in chat. This also happened on the 32GB SanDisk SD card as well.. $29.99 instead of $18.99. I ended up having to cancel the entire order and lost out on the SSD. Is BestBuy & Newegg the same company now?

I had 20 of these in-cart and ready to go before midnight, coupon pre-entered and the second I saw the price change to $59.99, bam! Submit order! Best of all the $5 off coupon stacked 20x, ebay here we come baby. Just got my conf that order was charged.

Protip: You gotta be right on toppa this $hit, you can't screw around because the unwashed $lick Deals mob descend on these things like the locust.

Thank you for shopping at Newegg.com.

We are happy to inform you that your order (Sales Order Number: X) has been successfully charged to your Paypal and order verification is now complete.

All I can tell you guys is you snooze, you lose. And if they didn't want people buying large quantities, they would've put a limit on.

TD put a limit of 1 per customer on the Vertex3 128GB that went for $50 earlier, could only snag one but if they didn't have that limit I would've bought 50. That's not hoarding, thats just being smart.

Protip: If you're refreshing THIS site to find that next deal, its already too late, BB just copy-pastes from the other sites. I was already checked out and finished before this deal even showed up here.
