Lowes has the Kobalt 13-in-1 Multi Bit Ratchet Screwdriver for $5 with free in-store pickup. Shipping option is $6. Features handle bit storage, magnetic extension bar and aluminum TPR grip handle.
I own this unit - I do like it's build quality - the handle is made of metal not cheap plastic. The reviews complain the Ratcheting mechanism problem ( failure after a short time)- that did not happen to me and I am not sure about other people. But poor QC is normal for low cost product. However how buyer using it is another problem- I have seen someone use hammer on this kind of Ratchet Screwdriver.
This looks similar to a non-ratchet version I have. The first time I tried to use one of the small phillips bits the tips stripped off. The end seemed to be very brittle. I just don't expect the ends of a screwdriver to break off.
most of the reviews look promising.
