dont really get what you talking about film:D it records on 720p movie mode. but not sure on picture taking quality.. seems like the 720p recording is pretty good for a camera though.. better than getting a hd recorded (talking about those $150 ones called aiptek? or whatever)
Appearently a lot of people are posting simply to post. Buy.com is coming up with a price of $206.93, not $202, and google checkout cannot be used with this camera.
I've had a Kodak 5MP camera that made good 8.5 X 11 inch prints for display at art galleries. Recently I bought the Kodak Z1275. The Z1275 has a depth of sharpness & quality the 5MP will never have. I still use film SLRs. At its best the 12MP Kodak passes high quality film which is thought to be in the 8 to 10MP range. I will work to keep the aperture in the f/8 region tho, at least for stills, scenics, & tripod pix. Just got some stunning digital pix of Mt. Rainier & also snow piled on home Christmas lites with the Z1275! People smearing Kodak quality haven't seen pix from the Z1275 & show they haven't in their loose talk.
12MP on this camera is like 5MP on a dSLR!
wow 12mp. that optical zoom lens looks funny
Kodak Digital Cameras = POS
Yeah, I haven't heard too many good things about Kodak Easyshare cameras.
isnt the rule, if they make film, dont buy their camera
they have HD recording on this:D lolz 720p though
This got fairly poor reviews...
#5 They still make film??
i heard it wasn't all that great
get the award winning canon g7 for a lower price (now that g9 is out there - but who really needs 12MP...):

don't think that more megapixels is better!!! research you sheeps
great camera...has served my family well and the HD video recording is nice.
well made, good zoom with stabilization, takes great pictures without much fuss
Wait for a deal and get a canon for the same price if all you do is take pictures with CAMERAS.
the difference is the HD recording on canons:D only kodak has HD recording so far i think...
