This camera takes great pictures, BUT IT EATS BATTERIES LIKE A FAT MAN EATING CANDY. I finally have put mine on the shelf because I can only get 40-50 pictures from a set of batteries. I have complained to Kodak, but they say that is normal. Want to buy mine?

A set of NiMH rechargeables should easily remedy this. Better yet get the newer enelop ones that also hold their charge for months with only 10-20% loss. When my wife's friend put these in her Sony she became a happy camper.

i got this camera from woot not long ago for 114.00 (plus of course 5.00 shipping for everything). I love it!! great pictures great camera.haven't encountered any battery problems yet either. lol.

I still can't bring myself to buy any camera from Kodak. Lense quality just isn't up there with Sony, Canon, and Nikon usually.
