i wouldnt. there are some good cards that are larger, like the ATI one. and the hauppage and pinnacle are good too. these are proven commodities, this is not.
I got my $40 rebate, but I had to call. I mailed it in January and called in September. I rec'd the rebate in Oct. Their phone number is 949-450-0052 x5
This tuner plug-in receives an HD signal. HD broadcasts over the UHF band, so any UHF antenna will work proving you have the proper connection. The old "bow tie" antennas are reasonably portable and probably gather signals better than the small mast type antenna that comes with the kit.
my laptop doesn't to 1080
how good is this product? kworld?
KWORLD DOES NOT PAY ITS REBATES.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO!
Can this take over the air signals if you get an antenna ?
i have a kworld one and it works great. i paid 20 afte rebate and i did get it.
i am happy with mine.
ymmv
so you can watch HDTV via the internet on your laptop without service fees? i read the product summary and still don't understand how this one works.
this thing makes zero sense
KWorld's customer service is really bad. Had problem on ATSC110, email them several time, never get response.
You need an HD antenna. This is a tuner. Tuner doesn't do anything if you don't have a source.
"without service fees from anywhere on your laptop." ha what is this magical device
Does anyone actually recommend this item?
