I bought it about 6 months ago for $25 and stick works fine. Used it on 3 year old laptop and new desktop to record/watch TV shows in HD. On laptop I could get only SD quality but very sharp, looks like DVD. It takes about 6 GB to record 1 hour of HD. Supplied antenna does not have a good range, about 10 miles away from broadcast station.

I have this stick for about 6 months as I mentioned earlier and may rate it with 3 stars top. Hardware performance is OK' but Arcsoft TotalMedia software is not good. In PIP, I visually compare picture quality of my Samsung TV tuner and Kword tuner on HDTV. I may say Kword looks better.
If you are recording and trying to watch recorded video at the same time - TotalMedia will encount problem and stop. Have to use MS Media Player or Nero to watch video when recording.
Be careful with rebates as I heard, I used Google checkout to get $25 price w/o rebates.
