I have this charger as well and it has been great till a week or so ago, one of the metal fins in the power supply adapter came off Sad ... Now I can't charge my batteries, and LaCrosse will not sell me a new power supply unless I prove to them my unit it still under warranty, which it is not. Looks like I will be shopping for another brand from now on.

I tried the link and it is soooo stuck. I took #2 advice and purchased one at Amazon

      Subtotal of Items: $38.99
      Shipping & Handling: $6.17
      Super Saver Discount -$6.17
      -
      Total for this Order: $38.99

I think they are phasing this unit out for a unit without the freebees.

#6 the BC700 device is sold without batteries or equipment. The BC900 is the best deal.

#4 When you say the metal fin on the P/S fell off, if your talking about the P/S wall plug prong, take it to radio shack and they will fix you up with a new P/S. Its 3V DC , check the ma output. This information should be on the P/S.

I got one of these a year back. Great battery charger...gives you tons of information about your batteries, refreshes batteries, offers different charging rates, etc.

Huh? The coupon code is not valid. Do you need an ING customer number?

#11 Im guessing you have a broken power adaptor. Just bring the parts to radio shack or a hobby store.

Ordered from ING Shop more a week ago(last monday), still hear nothing back from them. Emailed to customer service two days ago, the rep says it will be arriving early this week, carrier is UPS but no tracking information is provided. Regret dealing with ING shop, should have bought it from Amazon, a few bucks extra but with my Prime membership, I'd be using it for a few days already.
