I use to praise this product. But, it seems to barely charge the batteries now. The batteries are not that old and have only been charged a dozen or so times. Might have a bad unit, but the 20+ batteries I have are not getting full charges.
I bought 2 of these last year... great price and a great product. The draining function is great for revitalizing batteries that has lost some of there retention capabilities... highly recomend this unit..
#1 - have you tried to drain the batteries completely using the discharge setting? There is also a replenish setting that I personally have not tired yet.. its supposed to automatically drain and recharge the batteries a couple time to replenish them. Info on these settings can be found in the documentation that comes with the unit...
Got this unit in April and used it a handful of times, now it's dead.
Let's hope they stand behind their 1 year warranty...
