I just took a quick peek, and they look pretty much like business-lease returns. And they are OLLLLLDDDD! Most look 5-6 years old. I'd be seriously concerned about function and stability, not to mention that you'd probably need to install a copy of XP. I don't think they're worth the trouble of ownership.
