A real couch potato cannot be bothered to find the remote which has probably slipped down between the cushions into the "in the guts of the couch netherworld".

I bought this remote the last time it was on here. I wouldn't recommend it. For each device there are only 2 or 3 pages of buttons. So for a lot of my devices there aren't any buttons that correspond with the buttons on the original remote. You can always use the learn feature but there is no way to relabel buttons. You could teach a button that you don't use (say a rewind button on your audio to become a center channel volume up) but since there is no way to relabel it you will just have to remember it.

My TV (as do most) has a button that allows you to choose the input device (such a game, cable, dvd ect) there is not button on this remote for this and there are more cases like this for me.

This remote is only good for the simplest of systems.

One other complaint I have with this remote is the top is a high gloss black and with the touch screen in just a couple of hours the remote is all smugged up with finger prints. After an evening of TV watching it looks terrible.
