Some Meijers have these on clearance for $20. Not a bad tool if all you want are pliers and a knife (which is about all you really need in most situations, anyway).
The pliers/knife are smaller than the 'full-size' mutli-tools, but larger than the tiny, folding pocket pliers of tools like the Leatherman 'Squirt', so a belt-clip sheath is recommended ($7 from Leatherman).
