I can't help but think they could have found a way to get 3 x AAA in the legs of this for much greater runtime, though it would've been a bit larger for them to fit.
Be aware that although it claims 1W, 3 button cell batteries like the typical AG13 cannot support the ~ 350mA drive current it would require to run at 1W so they are basically lying unless it takes a larger cell size than AG13 which is very rare in a 3 cell keychain light.
Hard to tell from the picture but it looks like it might have 3 x 100mW LEDs in the head, that would be more aligned with the current AG13 button cells are capable of. They tend to be roughly 120mAH so in that configuration you'd have a runtime of roughly 2 hours. The math doesn't add up to 2 hours because as the voltage drops so will the drive current, it'll be dimmer by then and continue getting dimmer still after 2 hours.

I have several of these and yes, there are 3 cells in the head. You want AAA or AA you go up to the next size light. These are EXCELLENT LIGHTS!
wanting MUCH longer runtime and brightness is bad if it's only a little bigger? Hmm, OK!

The only down side really is that the key chain porting is a little weak. Having AA or AAA's would have made it much heavier.
