Great game, but if you're not in a rush and cheap I'd hold out on that price. I picked it up for $29 a few weeks ago from Dell.

I did the same as #1. It took FOREVER to get to my mailbox but I got it finally. Was at least 2 weeks. Dell blows. I would have happily paid $38 when it was on sale on steam if I knew Dell would take that long.

That being said, it was well worth the wait. I couldn't stop playing when I got it. I'd prefer to buy it for $40 then wait for Dell. But, like #1 said, I expect you will find a better price sometime in the near future if you dont' mind waiting.

Had finals, so Dell delivering late was no prob for me either! Gamestop had this for $29 as well.

$5 CS will hold me over till this price drops to $20, then i'll consider. Got L4D for $7.50.

#5, yeah but since this game is from Valve, you have to have Steam running to even play the game multi/online.

funny, i got it from dell in like 4 days. They actually upgraded me to 2 day air shipping... had 20% bcb too

L4D2 isn't near as polished as L4D and they used the same source and engine. More invisible walls, pouncing and charging directly through players, getting stuck against walls after being charged. This game was rushed out in less than a year when some of it should have ended up as DLC for L4D as they stated when the original was released. At least Halo 3 ODST included all of Halo 3s maps for multiplayer, its the least valve could have done and at one point stated they would, before backing out. I won't lie, I bought this game on release, but its a same the way this game was launched.

It is much bigger than the first, but still is small for a game you're going to charge $49 for. This game is worth $29 imho.
