have been looking at these for a while. Has anyone heard about this one? I think this is a good brand though.
Is it hackintoshable?
better than Atom-based laptops
Should do well as a Win7 tablet.
Its 6 years old at least...
Just bought one on ebay, sans stylus, for 230 shipped. But this one gave me the idea. I doubt I'll even use xp tablet edition, but I like being able to close the thing up and still see the screen.
Isn't worthwhile IMO. Upgrading it to get decent performance out of it are going to be expensive since the parts are obsolete and inventories are very low.

@bob
you're right, it is a pata, and a 1.8" drive at that, so you have almost no good options for hdd replacement.
I'll re-iterate a warning i made in the past, that this is wicked slow, even with more ram and a fresh install of xp tablet edition, it's unbearably slow, to me at least.
Save your money, and look on Craigslist for a Toshiba M400 or better, they should be around the same price and you can haggle too.
should go for less than $300, no deal

I like how you can type without looking at the screen.
