I have owned an hp, dell, and now a lenovo laptop- Lenovo has the best tech support and friendliest customer service over them all. They have better prices on similar products as well.
Title says 4gb but site says 3gb memory

How the hell do you login into their website? Every time I tried it kept saying "Unable to find the Lenovo ID and password combination you have entered. Please try again, or use the link below to create a new account."
I even have my password reset still can't login.
And what the f*** with the following? I don't remember what is my affinity program to go to, I shop at may different sources.
"If you did not register on the lenovo.com public site (for example, on a Lenovo affinity program or employee discount site), you will need to go that site before attempting to log back in with your temporary password. Then navigate to the "My account" page through the link which is in the top menu of every Lenovo page."
Why the f**** make it so difficult to login? So far I missed 3 deals because of this and good luck with calling them.
