I bought two of these for my kids (5 & 8 yr old) last time it was at $169 price. Works well for them. The installed UI is nice, easy for them to choose between music, books, videos or email. I've noticed that touch sensitivity is lacking around edges of the screen and sometimes slow to react to touches in general. Also the battery life is ok, not great. 3.5-4 hours of use & takes about as long to fully recharge the units.
