#19. you should try it again. i think its just being sluggish.
#20. yea i figured that out. obviously not marketing to my demographic.
Had this in my cart for $642, shipped with tax, entering my billing information, had to go do something quickly, timed out... and couldn't get the deal again.
What a crock of baconnaise.
Who hasn't heard of Lenovo???
Lenovo bought IBMs stinkpad business a while back.
#21 - Useless rambling comments and questions. The deal is dead, the coupon code is not VALID when the laptop is added to your cart -- it is not a problem of the site being sluggish.
You should have bought a Sony. I believe they market to your demographic. It's in their DNA.
Lenovo's are great. Use to work with them all the time in college for our robotics projects.
where have you been since 1911? its IBM
Where have you been? Lenovo hasn't been IBM since 2005. IBM couldn't make a profit on hardware anymore, so the Chinese company Lenovo bought their operations and copyrights.
Are the keypads on this model similar to the Thinkpads?
IBM was in a cash crunch (may still be) and was selling off anything it could. They got into trouble trying to raid the pension fund too.
On topic, the ThinkPads used to be solid notebooks. I have not tried them since Lenova took over.
#29, I just bought a T61 to replace my (almost) 8 year old T23; very solid hinges & chassis, non-flex screen, very good keyboard.
nice
The Lenovo brand was bought out several years ago and is no longer owned by IBM.
Is there a new coupon?
No.
What are the differences between this one and T series?
Any comment?
