Lenovo has the Lenovo ThinkPad USB Keyboard w/ TrackPoint for $59 - 10% off with coupon code USPRETHINK = $53 with free shipping. If it looks like half a notebook, it's because it really is the same as a T400's keyboard.
Took me a while to get used to the eraserhead method of moving the pointer, but now I use it instead of a touchpad or mouse about 75% of the time. No need to re-position the hands for typing.
But if all you're doing is surfing Ben's Bargains, the mouse is easier.
I use a T400 and the keyboard is excellent. The only negative is that Lenovo messed with IBM design, and there is now a bit of flex in the keyboard. Not enough to be a show stopper, but it's there. As far as the trackpoint, I agree with #1, after trying it for a few days, I stopped using the touchpad. It takes nearly all of the stress off of your wrists, e carpal tunnel. This model is a corded keyboard BTW.
