I ordered one of these on 6/20/12. As of 7/14/12 it has not been shipped. Don't expect to get one quickly. Is it worth the wait? Anyone out there have a different experience? cm
Update: It was received on 7/19/12. Pros: good price for a zoomy 14" laptop; the screen is good, the Nvidia graphics are good, the touch pad is great but I had to read the manual to learn how to use it Cons: the finish is similar to an HP- too much shiny, not like the old Thinkpads...but wait, it's an Ideapad; the 1TB HD 5400 RPM HD is slow and is OK but I will replace it with an SSD to increase the zoom and use the 1TB in an ext USB case for BU's. I suppose it was worth the wait; nothing from Dell can match it for less than $1,000 (and a Dell would be made in China too).
This is a nice little computer, doesnt even run the fan when web browsing, etc. However, I found out after having it a while that it absolutely does NOT support 5ghz networking!
it's a shame that lenovo doesn't have screen upgrades available for this machine.

Watch out! Does not have 5ghz wireless support.
