It's been years since I ordered from them but they sent repackaged PC parts sold as new (and were broken). Don't trust them.
TD has gotten a lot better. I have bought at least a dozen items in the last 2 yrs with no problems, even with the rebates.
Agreed, TD used to be really shady including their rebates, but now the main (only significant) gripe I have is when they put together their system bundles they tend to far too often include marginally adequate (if that) CPU 'sinks and PSUs.
