Dont have this TV, but over xbox 360, netflix streaming depends on the movie.

Some look almost as good as a regular dvd, while some do not.

BBC shows in particular look not so good, more like vhs quality.

      Recent movies look the best.

Does not approach HD quality if thats what you're wondering.

I stream movies to the Xbox 360. In my opinion, the newer stuff looks very good, and the HD content looks better than a DVD, but not as good as Blu-ray. Some of the older content looks worse than DVD quality, but still watchable (Rescue from Gilligan's Island has one of the worst video quality of any movie I've streamed so far. LOL!)

I watched the original drunken master over netflix through an xbox and I thought the quality was better than you would get from video tape (which is probably the only version available for a movie this old) I doubt it is out on DVD
