Isn't 3D supposed to be bad for young children?
Yes, they are bad for children. But if I recall it is only bad for kids 6 years old and younger
By the way, Ben's description states that this includes 4 regular adult glasses but the reviews all say that is incorrect. Rather it included 1 men's pair, 1 smaller woman's pair and 2 pairs of clip-ons to go over people's reular persecription glasses. And it comes with the 2 children's pairs as well.
And note that these are passive glasses, not active. So those of us with active TVs are out of luck. Being that these are passsive glasses, they aren't such a great deal. I've seen the official ones on Amazon for as low as $15 a pair. Plus all summer they offered 14 free pairs with the purchase of an LG 3d passive TV.
Sorry, I meant $5 a pair. Not $15. That's the current price for model # LG AG-F210 which they bundled with the TVs:
