I purchased this to provide another device that could do Netflix in addition to my Xbox 360. It works, but the entire menu system is very slow. You will need to wait a few moments after selecting options when going through menus. It takes at least two menu selections to bring up the Netflix/Pandora/Hulu/ etc options. It works, but I had hoped it would be much faster.
blah. I'm also looking for a blu-ray dvd player that has a good netflix interface. I bought a sony blu-ray(BDP-S580) with built in wifi that can play netflix and amazon video but unfortunately the interface is horrible and unfriendly compared to the ps3. Netflix menu slow, movie title/covers are too small and no preview when fast forward/reverse. WTH.. why can't they use the ps3 netflix interface, it's better in every way. Anyway.. I was planning to switch to this LG player but from your comments, I"ll pass.
