#1, nothing wrong with it. You still get a pretty sweet phone for free.
Requires you to have their $30 PDA fee for 6 months so the minimum deal is $70 per month. Not worth it unless you, for some insane reason, want a WM device. Plus, AT&T sux for signal in many metro areas, 3G notwithstanding.

These are stupid &SS sh*t companies that get a new name when they file bankruptcy over and over again running off with the profits and rebates etc. Then the stupid laws in america allow them to start again.
