Damn these things are getting cheap. If it weren't for the tiny internal memory storage, I'd recommend it.

Who cares about internal memory when you can throw a 32gb microsd card in it?

Because many apps cannot be moved to the SD card.

I have the T-mobile version of this phone. It has been OK. Most phone nerds will quickly belittle this LG and say it is an entry level phone. Lots of features for the price. The internal memory is only 200MB. I have some apps loaded but it is very close to the limit. When the memory gets low ( less than about 10%) it will give a low memory warning and then refuse texts until you delete something. Annoying. Still like this phone.

The 600 GHz processor is not going to win any awards either.

Fix for internal memory problem, get memory card, root phone, install link2sd, then install move2sd enabler...I had about 50 apps and still had 130MB internal free

Yes, the phone is slow sometimes (like in Angry Birds Rio) but you can't beat the bang for the buck. There is a lot of online support for this phone. It is fairly easy to Root. If you know how to use partitioning software, you can set up the included 2 gig SD card as additional memory, then with link2sd you can install anything you want.

Oh, I should also mention that you can use this phone as a wireless hotspot without rooting it. I installed "Quick Settings" to enable it, but other apps can do it too.

      Pros:
      - plan has unlimited internet
      - hotspot capable
      - root is easy
      - SD card slot to expand storage
      - get unlimited minutes with Google Voice and GrooVe IP
      - well supported in forums
      - dedicated camera button
      - Sprint network coverage (your mileage may vary)

      Cons:
      - slow in some games
      - sometimes not very responsive when a lot is going on
      - no front camera, no flash
      - screen is not hi-res, but good enough
      - voice dialing voice recognition is terrible (has anyone found a fix?)

I got the Otter Box case and am very happy with it.
