Good phone and a nice split for those who want to have touch screen, but also like the ability to still use a full qwerty keyboard.
The Wirefly people sure are hated by a lot of customers. Check them out on resellerratings.com and other sites. Just horror story after horror story. I wanted to buy an AT&T Fuze from them (at $100 less than AT&T sells it), but the really awful reviews scared me away.
Anyone know where to get a good deal on the AT&T Fuze (other than Wirefly)? AT&T wants $300.
Willing to sign a 2 year contract, but place has to be on the up and up, and I would REALLY prefer not to do rebates larger than $25 or so...

Hint to bargain dogs: anything they hand you today and you pay for over a 2-year period is not technically "free." That's GW Bush math, and anyone with a 401k plan knows how accurate that process is....
That's right #5. Because companies can obviously stay in business by giving away expensive phones with no obligation. That share the wealth biz plan should start in the next few months when we all will get a free phone in the mail...Expect a BIG tax hike to pay for it though.

Try explaining how the phones aren't technically free to your preteen when he/she sees all the damn marketing hype these guys throw around about "Free Phones"!!!
As No. 2 points out, Wirefly does, indeed, seem to have customer-service problems. In less than three months, the company that owns them, Simplexity, has racked up 135 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and earned an "unsatisfactory" rating:
