Of the two of these I have ordered refurbished from Cisco the 2nd was DOA. I had to pay shipping to return as Cisco would not order a return pickup. The third worked but still had someone else's configuration settings requiring me to find the master reset to clear their password.
Never seen this..... Why not push the reset button if you could not login ? Never heard of a master password !
