Pretty expensive, especially considering a refurb. Unless you intend to use both usb ports (for a printer or usb storage) or have an exceptional fetish for SimpleTap, this is waaay more than you need to pay for a decent router.
Consider the asus USB-N66, which still has one usb port with all the exceptional wireless features for a 1/3 of the price.

The downside for those N and AC is that those radio signals cannot penetrate walls. In 95% of the real world, Wireless G is still the way to go.
